Subterra Renewables is backed by Forum Equity Partners, an alternative asset manager and private capital investor, with a long history developing and managing complex energy infrastructure, and real estate assets. Subterra's relationship with Forum provides access to creative capital that allows us to be nimble and meet the needs of our diverse client base. Over the past two decades, Forum has been active in a number of large-scale projects including a multi-phase student housing project at York University and the Toronto City Airport Pedestrian Tunnel.

Lucie Andlauer
CEO
Lucie Andlauer is a Canadian Entrepreneur. She has over 28 years of expertise in diverse businesses including Building, Development, Transportation, 3-PL, Recruitment and Mentoring. Mrs. Andlauer has a passion for customer driven solutions. Her goal is to work in partnership with clients to improve our environment while being bottom line driven.

Matthew Tokarik
President
Matthew Tokarik is a Professional Engineer with expertise in building energy performance. He previously worked at Morrison Hershfield where he developed strategies for building energy and carbon emission reduction for new and existing buildings. Matthew holds a master’s degree in Building Science from Ryerson University, where he is now a Sessional Instructor, and sits on the CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Building Standard Steering Committee.

Jessica Rowe Bald
Vice President, Sales
Jessica Bald is an experienced sales professional in the energy services, HVAC and development industry. Her background is in high performance buildings and providing energy services to multi-residential and mixed-use developers. She holds a BA from Western University in Business Management, minoring in Economics, and a post-graduate certification in Professional Sales Management from the University of Toronto.

Devin O'Brien
Manager, Assets & Development
Devin O’Brien is an experienced energy and infrastructure finance professional with over 8 years of experience in engineering, financial advisory, private market investing and asset management. His background is in developing, transacting upon, and managing major projects across Canada. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Carleton University and an MBA from the University of Oxford with a focus in finance.

Kyle Boynton
Development Manager
Kyle Boynton is an experienced Professional Engineer in the energy and mining industries. He previously worked at Hatch Ltd as a consultant in the Energy Practice where he managed and provided technical expertise to projects on a global scale. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Queen's University and a MBA from the Ivey Business School with a focus on finance.

David Woo
Analyst
David Woo graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Master of Finance (MFIN) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance and minor in Economics. David’s previous roles include positions in Corporate Development, Capital Markets and Equity Research. He is currently a CFA Level 2 Candidate.

Briana Gagliardi
Marketing Coordinator
Briana Gagliardi is a Western University graduate with an Honors Specialization in Health Sciences. Briana's previous roles include sales, marketing and planning. Her background in healthcare and strong passion for health of the population enables her to contribute to building a more sustainable environment.

Anthony Drouin
Account Manager
Anthony Drouin graduated from Connecticut College where he received his BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics, and competed on the varsity basketball and lacrosse teams. Before joining Subterra, Anthony served as a summer research analyst at Cushman and Wakefield. He also co-founded and served as the president of the Connecticut College Real Estate Club.

Bianca DiBellonia
Account Manager
Bianca DiBellonia is an experienced Sales Professional, she began her career in manufacturing sales and has now transitioned to the geothermal space here at Subterra. She holds a BA from the University of Iowa, where she was a member of the Varsity Rowing team. Bianca has worked abroad in Dublin, Ireland for the Special Olympics and volunteered in Vietnam with the NCAA through the Coach for College Program.

Selina Rui
Controller
Selina Rui graduated from Brock University where she received her Honors Bachelor of Accounting. Selina is an accounting professional with over 7 years of experience in bookkeeping, tax, audit, budgeting and corporate accounting. Her previous role is controller at Queen’s University Hospitality Services.
